West Ham sign a 5-year deal with Umbro

West Ham are delighted to announce that Umbro will be the club’s new sponsor from next season as part of a 5-year deal. Umbro will be taking over from Adidas.

West Ham have been with Adidas this season and it’s fair to say, no-one wants to leave Adidas as they’ve produced three excellent kits with us.

Next season will be West Ham’s final season at the Boleyn Ground so surely there will be some kind of remembrance of the ground itself on next season’s kits. That would be a great way to mark our last season at the famous stadium that we will all dearly miss.

In the past, Umbro have produced some horrible and disastrous kits when West Ham have been sponsored by now but now they’ve been taken over by a new company so we can only pray that Umbro produce much better kits for us. Example; Everton. Their kits look very slick this season, well designed and perfect colours for Everton. There’s nothing fancy about it unlike most other clubs in the football industry.

What do you think, could Umbro step up?
